Music is a universal language that embodies one of the highest forms of creativity. At Chapelford Village Primary School, we aim to deliver high- quality music education that engages and inspires pupils to develop a love of music. Pupils have the opportunity at all stages of their auction to foster their talent as musicians as well as increase their self-confidence, creativity and sense of achievement. As pupils progress throughout the school, they develop a wide range of musical skills including composition, the ability to listen and appraise, as well as perform their own music.

Year 5 enjoyed visiting the Bridgewater Hall to watch the Manchester Camereta.

Pupils across the school take part in music technology workshops at Penketh High School, working on creating their own digital compositions.

We have a variety of instruments suitable for a range of tuition, as well as our own music room where pupils can engage in 1:1 and small group tuition.

We teach a wide range of music across the school, including whole class provision, 1:1 tuition and after school clubs.
