All Year 4 classes returned from their Tattenhall residential with huge smiles on their faces! On Day 1 The children joined in with team building activities that included lots of problem solving and wall climbing! In the evening they completed an Art activity linked to their current art topic of sculpture and produced some fantastic final pieces. The children enjoyed a hot chocolate and a story from Mr Capper before bed! Day 2 started with a trip to Jungle camp where they practised their knot tying skills, tied up hammocks and made a den. This was a good chance to show and develop further our school values. Year 4 also had a trip to the incredible Peckforton castle for a tour and had lunch in the wine cellar! The manners were impeccable and despite some rain all classes got stuck into every activity they were given. Well done Year 4!
